Online sign-up steps:

1. Go to www.digi.pt.
2. Open our Configurator at www.digi.pt/en/internet-mobile-tv-bundles and select your services.
3. If you choose an internet service, you must confirm the DIGI fibre optic network coverage at your address, at www.digi.pt/cobertura-internet.
4. If DIGI fibre optic is available at your address, you will be redirected to a page where you must enter your details over five stages to complete your order.
5. Once you have completed your order and clicked "CONTINUE", a confirmation page is shown.
6. You will then receive an SMS with a link to sign your contract.
7. This link will redirect you to a digital signature platform called Digitel, which allows contracts to be validated and signed simply and safely.

Steps on the Digitel platform:

1. Enter your Tax Identification Number (NIF) to view and sign the contract.
2. Attach a copy of your identification document, front and back, and click "Continue".
3. Click "Read all the documents".
4. Read the documents carefully and, in the bottom right-hand corner, click "Continue".
5. Once you have finished reading, click "Sign".
6. The process is complete and you will have immediate access by e-mail to the signed contract documents.
