To create your My DIGI account, download the app for Android or iOS, or go to My DIGI and select "Mobile only", "Fibre only" or "Fibre + Mobile" according to what you have signed up for and follow the steps to complete your registration.

Yes, you can register on My DIGI by providing the e-mail address you registered with DIGI and your identification document. On My DIGI you can also manage your services, check invoices or sign up for new services.

My DIGI is our customer area, designed with you in mind, where you can manage your services easily and intuitively. My DIGI is available at mydigi.digi.pt or as an app for Android on Google Play and for iOS on the App Store. On My DIGI you can manage all the DIGI services you have signed up for, your usage, the mobile data you have used or carried over, or sign up for new services, among other options.

On My DIGI you can check your usage and invoices, change your mobile plan, set spending limits, block your number, activate the eSIM or call waiting, and more. To do so, go to the "Home" and "Additional services" sections on My DIGI.

Yes, on My DIGI you can block your DIGI mobile service if it is lost or stolen. To do so, go to the “Additional services” section and select the “Block number” option. From there you can block or unblock your number whenever you need to.

On My DIGI you can sign up for more services in the "Services" section. There you can choose the service you need and complete the contract.

You can change your My DIGI password in the "Access to my account" section, by clicking "CHANGE MY DIGI PASSWORD".

To be able to use all the advantages of My DIGI, you need to verify that you are the holder of your number. You can do so by clicking the “Access to my account" button on My DIGI.

Once you have verified that you are the holder of your number, you will be able to check your usage, personal details and invoices, and change or sign up for services through My DIGI.

On My DIGI you can quickly check all the DIGI services you have signed up for and see the details of each of them, such as usage, the mobile data carried over and other information. You can also sign up for new plans, change your current mobile plan, or sign up for our fibre optic internet service. You can also change your personal details and check your invoices.

If you are a DIGI mobile service customer, you can manage additional services such as call waiting or blocking your SIM card. You can also sign up for the DIGI eSIM.

If you are a fibre optic internet service customer, you can download your invoices or sign up for more services.
