During the installation, a DIGI installation technician will visit you, check the ideal place to put the equipment and install the DIGI fibre optic cable up to your home. The DIGI technician will install the DIGI router and any other equipment needed to ensure a stable, fast and high-quality fibre optic connection.

Before leaving your home, the DIGI technician will run the necessary tests to make sure your internet connection works properly, will give you basic instructions on how to use your DIGI internet service and will be available to answer all your questions. We make sure the DIGI fibre optic installation is carried out professionally and as conveniently as possible for you.

With the ILIMITADO mobile plan you get unlimited mobile data, unlimited national calls, 1000 SMS to DIGI numbers, 5G technology, roaming and international calls at our best price for €6/month, with just one number signed up.

If you have two ILIMITADO numbers, the price of each number goes down to €5.50/month, and if you have three or more numbers the price of each one goes down to €5/month.

What is more, if you combine the ILIMITADO plan with one of our fibre optic internet services, the price of UNLIMITED goes even lower, to €5/month, with just one number signed up.

DIGI's billing cycle runs from the 9th of one month to the 8th of the following month.

The invoice usually covers the monthly fee and the usage for the period of the previous month and the current month in which the invoice is issued, except in the case of adjustments, where the amount is calculated in proportion to the days each service was active.

So if any adjustment has to be made to your monthly fee, it will be made directly on your next invoice.

Our prices are the same for everyone, whether they are new customers or have been with us for a while.

If you are a customer of a service (or a combination of services) whose price has been updated, the new amount will be shown on your next invoice.

You can also manage, change or add more services through My DIGI.

Yes, you can sign up for one of our 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps fibre optic internet options with no minimum contract period, with an additional cost of €50 for the installation of the service.

You can also get PRO-DIGI 10 Gbps fibre optic with no minimum contract period with an additional cost of €70 for the installation of the service. In both cases, the amount will be charged on your first invoice.

When you sign up for 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps fibre optic internet, you have a minimum contract period of 3 months from the installation date. If you prefer, you can sign up for this service with no minimum contract period and pay an additional €50 for the installation of the service, which will be charged on your first invoice.

With our PRO-DIGI 10 Gbps internet service, you get a WIFI 7 router included. The installation of PRO-DIGI fibre optic has an installation cost of €20, included on your first invoice.

If you decide to leave before the end of the 3-month contract period, you will have to pay a cost proportional to the days of the contract you did not complete, which may come to a maximum of €50.

Yes, you can switch your current fibre optic to PRO-DIGI 10 Gbps fibre optic as long as your address is in an area where DIGI fibre optic is available - check here whether your address is covered by DIGI fibre optic.

When you sign up for PRO-DIGI 10 Gbps fibre, you have a minimum contract period of 3 months from the installation date. If you prefer, you can sign up for this service with no minimum contract period and pay an additional €70 for the installation of the service, which will be charged on your first invoice.

PRO-DIGI 10 Gbps is DIGI's fibre optic internet service, with internet speeds of up to 10 Gbps.

It uses WIFI 7 and XGS-PON technologies to improve your browsing experience and the quality of your internet connection, increasing the data transmission speed, improving network performance so you can connect more devices at the same time and using energy more efficiently.

To set up the internet on your phone, go to our phone internet settings page or follow the steps below.

Go to the settings menu and add the following parameters to your phone's APN:

• Access point name: Digi.mobil
• APN: internet
• Data service enabled
• Data roaming enabled

DIGI is developing its own fibre optic network. We therefore estimate that the installation is carried out within 2 to 7 working days.

There may be delays at busier times. If the 7-day period is exceeded, please get in touch with us.

As well as the router, the DIGI installation technician will deliver a User Manual for your equipment with the router's features and all the technical information you need, so that you can enjoy your DIGI fibre optic internet.

Yes, DIGI uses CG-NAT for Internet connections. CG-NAT does not affect regular Internet use; for example, most online video games work properly. If you are using home automation at home, most manufacturers provide access to the devices through private servers that you can reach regardless of CG-NAT. You can also browse, watch or upload videos, make video calls, use social media, etc., completely normally and safely.

No, as long as you stay with us for more than 3 months, you will pay nothing for the installation of your internet service, whether you sign up for the 500 Mbps fibre optic internet or the 1 Gbps fixed internet.

The maximum mobile internet speed can reach 140 Mbps on the 4G network and up to 230 Mbps on the 5G network.

Internet speed depends on several factors, such as the network coverage in the area where you are, whether you are indoors or not, your phone's processor, etc.
