Service quality

The service quality information provided by DIGI was defined by ANACOM in Regulation No. 372/2009, published on August 28. (Rectification Statement No. 2457/2009, of October 6).

Under the terms of the aforementioned Regulation, all companies providing Fixed Telephone Service must disclose to end users information on the set of parameters contained in the respective annex. The purpose of making this information available is to allow end users to compare the quality of service provided by different companies.
