If you find that you have not received your SIM card within the stated period, check the status of your order using the link in the “Order tracking – DIGI” e-mail you received after placing it. If the order is still out for delivery, wait to be contacted by the courier. If the delivery cannot be made, get in touch with us: go to www.digi.pt/en/customer-support, use the chat on the website or talk to us on DIGI's social media.

Yes, you can change the delivery details. To do so, contact the courier company directly using the information provided in the SMS and the e-mail you receive after requesting the SIM card.

If you are a new postpaid mobile service customer, wait for the activation e-mail and insert your DIGI SIM card.

If you are porting your number, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of your number transfer. Until then, your current operator's SIM card will keep working. (If you have a fibre optic internet installation under way, the number transfer will only be completed after the installation).

If you are a new prepaid mobile service customer, your SIM card will be activated by the official DIGI seller when you sign up. If you have requested a number transfer, your new SIM card will have a temporary number. Once the transfer request is completed, the number of your new SIM card will be changed to the one being ported.
